This document navigates the costing and pricing process centred on the case study above but incorporates commentary intended to guide participants, to expand on the explanatory power of the case itself and to provide emphasis and a nuanced review. The study guide is referred to in the webinars and the seminars. Within the study guide are navigation markers that reference the related webinars, seminars and specific pages in the National Costing & Pricing Framework. The Study Guide can be downloaded as a complete document or in sections related to each of the seven elements.
